TXP Billet Catch Cans are connected between the crank case breather and the intake system, collecting the oil mist that would usually leave oily deposits in the intake system reducing the cooling efficiency of the intercooler and restricting flow.

The TXP Billet Catch Cans are equipped with a tap and drain line for periodical draining of the collected oil and contaminates.

TXP’s Billet Catch Cans Come in DIY kit form with everything needed to install, they meet strict emission requirements and will not affect engine warranty. No drilling or extensive modification to the vehicle is required as they use the existing factory holes on the vehicle, but we do recommend using Loctite on all mounting bolts.

Taipan XP Billet Catch Cans come with a 10 year warranty – this item is a serviceable product and every 40,000km the filter and O-ring must be changed and can be purchased separately.

TXP manufacture Catch Cans to comply with ADR’s, they don’t have relief valves on the catch cans as they are not allowed to vent into the atmosphere and would be illegal. The catch cans are designed to hold 350ml, by having this capacity the service schedule of every 10,000kms is achievable.
